Hill Country Health & Wellness Center in Redding, CA seeks an experienced Dental Assistant/Registered Dental Assistant to support the dentist in all procedures and ensure patient comfort. The role requires CA RDA licensure, CPR and X‑Ray certification, proper sterilization practice, and strong teamwork.

Day shifts with a focus on efficient patient flow and quality care in a busy dental clinic. Responsibilities include preparing rooms, taking x-rays, charting, assisting chairside, and maintaining

Qualificações

• Must have current California RDA license and CPR certification.
• X-ray license required; RDA license if applicable.
• Intermediate reading/writing and ability to follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Set up procedure trays for morning patients.
• Take x-rays as directed by Dentist.
• Pass and receive instruments during procedures.
• Sterilize instruments per OSHA guidelines and clean rooms.
• Maintain patient records and health history updates.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling inside the clinic.
• Call prescriptions to pharmacy as directed and prepare medications for sliding scale patients.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and maintain licensure via CE.
