Empower Dental Group in California is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. You will assist the dentist during procedures, support clinical operations, and help ensure a comfortable, positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.

The ideal candidate holds a California DA or RDA license, has at least 3 years of dental assisting experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current California DA or RDA license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and chairside assisting.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and patient service skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients to the treatment area and ensure comfort.
• Review treatment plans and answer questions about procedures and aftercare.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and dental charting.
• Assist the dentist during examinations, surgeries, and restorative procedures.
• Prepare and organize instruments, materials and equipment.
