Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial doors, docks, and related hardware.
• Diagnose door-related issues, including springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
• Install and configure door hardware such as locks, handles, closers, low-voltage, and access control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes on all installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and offering solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
