Job summary

SPX Technologies is hiring a Machinist to produce machined parts using CNC and manual mills and lathes. You will perform inspections, maintain quality records, and follow safety procedures to support production goals.

The role requires reading blueprints, GD&T, and G and M codes, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork. Typical shifts run Monday–Friday, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of machine shop experience.
• Experience operating CNC and manual mills and lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, G and M codes.
• Basic computer skills, including email and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts per schedules and directions.
• Load materials into machines safely and accurately.
• Set up machine work offsets and fixtures.
• Perform daily/weekly preventive maintenance and report repairs.
