Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring an Experienced Driver for Winter 2026/27 to safely transport guests and employees to and from designated pickup and drop-off locations. The role requires a friendly, positive attitude and adherence to all highway laws.

The position offers winter seasonal employment with full time and part time shifts, housing availability, and opportunities for training and development within a leading mountain resort company.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Valid US Commercial Driver's License, Class A or B with air brake & passenger endorsement (obtained at own expense).
• 2+ years of prior CDL driving experience.
• Current Medical Examination Report (valid 2 years).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Obey all highway laws, drive defensively.
• Complete daily reports and notify manager of any bus difficulties.
• Check oil, water, tires, and general condition before and after each run; wash and maintain bus cleanliness.
• Assist passengers to ensure proper seating.
• Handle passenger emergencies and disruptions.
• Safely transport small and large groups to assigned locations.
• Maintain and clean buses.
• Report maintenance problems.
• Install and remove tire chains as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
