Job summary

Exhava Home Care in California is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care for our clients. You will assist with morning and evening routines, personal care, mobility, and daily activities, while ensuring safety and dignity in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Active California HCA registration required.
• TB test or chest X-ray documentation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with morning and evening routines.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and incontinence care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client safety and comfort.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Document care activities and report concerns or changes to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans while promoting client dignity and independence.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
