Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support older adults in their own homes. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines with dignity and respect.

Join our team if you are available Monday through Friday, enjoy meaningful work, and want weekly pay and flexible scheduling. California Home Care Aide registration and a valid driver’s license are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation as required by regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance when required.
• Reliable, dependable, and available to work Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with mobility, toileting, bathing, grooming, and other personal care needs, including incontinence care.
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with daily routines and activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Document care activities and promptly communicate concerns or changes to the care team.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence.
