Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable home care aides to provide high-quality support to aging adults in their own homes in California. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, helping clients feel safe, comfortable and respected in their daily routines.

If you are available Monday through Friday and have a genuine heart for caregiving, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and caring individuals preferred.
• Active California HCA registration is required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. e.g., eligible to work in the United States.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray as required by regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with mobility, toileting, personal care and incontinence care.
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship.
• Assist with daily routines and activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and keep a safe home environment.
• Document care activities and communicate changes to the care team.
• Respect client dignity and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship
• Assist with daily routines and activities
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
• Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance preferred/required when applicable to the assignment
