Job summary

Exhava Home Care in California is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide personal care and daily support to clients at home, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible. You will follow each client’s care plan, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, companionship, safety, and light housekeeping.

Requirements include a California HCA registration, a current TB test, legal work eligibility, and a valid driver’s license with auto

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray as required by regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and activities of daily living.
• Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders – prepare meals and provide reminders per care plan.
• Companionship & Engagement – provide meaningful interaction and activities.
• Behavioral Support – give patient, respectful guidance and reassurance.
• Safety & Comfort – maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Light Housekeeping – keep living areas clean and organized.

Your Role

As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and dependable support based on each client's individual needs and care plan. Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal Care Assistance - Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders - Prepare meals, assist with feeding when needed, and provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Companionship & Engagement - Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Behavioral Support - Provide patient, respectful guidance and reassurance when needed.
• Safety & Comfort - Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our clients.
• Light Housekeeping - Assist with maintaining a clean and organized living environment

Requirements
