Job summary

Exhava Home Care in Del Mar, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home support for our clients, especially on weekends. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, mobility, and companionship in a respectful, safe home environment.

We offer ongoing guidance, training, and a supportive team, with competitive pay between $20 and $25 per hour and weekly pay. Prior caregiving experience and an active California HCA registration are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray documentation
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver''s license and active auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with morning and evening routines
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and incontinence care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor client safety and comfort
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
• Document care activities and report concerns or changes to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans while promoting client dignity and independence
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
