Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support older adults in their own homes in California. You will help with mobility, personal care, meals, and companionship, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort throughout daily routines.

Ideal candidates have caregiving experience, CA HCA registration, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. We offer competitive pay and weekly pay, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and elder assistance.
• Active California HCA registration.
• TB test results or chest X-ray documentation as required by regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance when required.
• Reliable and available to work Monday through Friday.
• Willing and able to provide hands-on personal care.

Responsabilités

• Monitor client safety and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with daily routines and activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Document care activities and promptly communicate concerns or changes to the care team.
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence.

Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide quality support to older adults in the comfort of their own homes.

You will play an important role in helping clients feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their daily routines. From assisting with personal care and mobility to preparing meals and providing companionship, your presence can make a meaningful difference in a client's day.

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.

• Reliable, dependable, and available to work Monday through Friday.
• Willing and comfortable providing hands-on personal care to clients.
