Qualifications

• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle to travel to client homes in Inver Grove Heights and surrounding areas
• Personal traits: Compassionate, dependable, honest, and an effective communicator
• Compliance: Ability to pass a state background check and obtain a negative TB test
• Physical demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, twist, and assist clients physically

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Engagement: Build meaningful connections while assisting clients with daily non-medical care.
• Personal Care Support: Respectfully assist with personal care activities according to each client's care plan.
• Daily Living Assistance: Help with light housekeeping, simple meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Reliability: Maintain punctual attendance to provide dependable care clients can count on.

PCA Afternoon Shift

Compensation: $20.00 – $30.00 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (Afternoon Shifts)

Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077 (Also serving Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Eagan, Bloomington, Hastings, Rosemount, Farmington, and Cannon Falls)
