Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Glendale seeks compassionate and dependable caregivers to join their team. You will provide companionship, assist with everyday tasks, and help clients stay comfortable in their own homes.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and building trust with clients and families. A CNA is preferred but not required, with opportunities for ongoing training and a rewarding, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Current TB test
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel more than 10 miles
• Availability at least 4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build professional and trusting relationships with clients, family members, and coworkers
• Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
