Right at Home SLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to deliver one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Salt Lake City area.

You will assist with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation to appointments, and medication reminders while building meaningful connections with clients in their homes. Morning shift focus is emphasized.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one‑on‑one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours.

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
