Job summary

The Contractor Consultants in Swedesboro, NJ seeks an Experienced Bookkeeper to own financial operations and multi-entity accounting for rental-property management. You will work in a supportive, family-owned company with autonomy to streamline bookkeeping systems and improve cash flow across all operations.

You will manage full-charge bookkeeping across entities using QuickBooks Online, oversee AR, reconcile ledgers, and provide clear financial reporting to leadership to enable informed

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience using Buildertrend for construction-related accounting.
• Ability to independently oversee accounts receivable and perform collections.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting under a parent company.
• High self-reliance with a track record of solving problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-charge bookkeeping across multiple entities under a parent company using QuickBooks Online.
• Oversee and track financial profiles, ledger transactions, and income for rental property accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable and make proactive collection calls.
• Balance accounts, reconcile financial statements, and maintain ledgers for clarity.
• Investigate discrepancies and keep financial data accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide clear financial reporting and cash-flow insight.
