• 1-2+ years of proven business development experience in the restoration industry.
• Established book of business and professional network.
• Existing relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, real estate professionals, commercial property owners, facility managers, and other industry partners.
• A demonstrated ability to generate restoration leads and develop long-term referral relationships.
• Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• A professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners to generate leads.
