Job summary
QUANTUM BUILDING SOLUTIONS, INC. is hiring an Experienced BAS Tech to apply BAS/DDC expertise to commercial building systems in San Antonio, TX. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a clear path for growth within a rapidly expanding industry.
The position requires hands-on BAS/DDC experience, HVAC controls knowledge, and proficiency in troubleshooting. A valid driver’s license is needed, and a drug screening/background check may follow conditional offers.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of hands-on BAS/DDC experience.
- HVAC control systems and building automation expertise.
- Troubleshooting controls and system-level issues.
- Programming experience with PLC, DDC, and/or LL.
- Experience with Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, ABB, or similar platforms.
- Niagara/N4 certification would be a plus.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
