A HVAC and controls distributor is seeking a BAS Technician/Programmer in Houston, Texas. The role involves installing, programming, and servicing DDC building automation systems, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have a BS in a related field or equivalent experience, with a salary range of $75,000 to $115,000 per year. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years working with BAS/DDC/HVAC Controls necessary.
• Experience with Schneider Electric, Distech, or Siemens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and troubleshoot DDC building automation systems.
• Manage subcontractors and provide technical support.
• Create software programs and graphics for systems.

As a BAS Technician/Programmer on our team, you will be responsible for installing, programming, troubleshooting, and servicing DDC building automation systems. Key duties include managing subcontractors, creating software programs and graphics, system commissioning, and providing technical support to customers and team members.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of BAS/DDC/HVAC Controls experience
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Schneider Electric, Distech, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Tridium Niagara
