Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with BAS/DDC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and programming background (PLC/DDC/ladder logic).
• Familiarity with major controls systems (Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, ABB, etc.).
• Niagara certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Handle service calls involving DDC systems and integrations.
• Perform system diagnostics, programming adjustments, and optimization.
• Support installation and commissioning efforts when needed.

$35-$50 per hour, based on experience | Richardson, TX

Full-Time | 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday
