Lake Chevrolet & Lake Ford in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a full-time role with a salary range of $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 base+commission per year. The dealership group emphasizes a high-traffic service department and a supportive, modern work environment.

As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers, document repair requests, present maintenance recommendations, prepare estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair recommendations ethically.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and dealership management system experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
