Job summary

Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking experienced automotive sales consultants to join our Phoenix dealership. You will work with new and pre-owned Cadillac, Buick, and GMC inventory, handling internet leads and showroom traffic, and closing deals with customers.

The role offers uncapped commission with an earning potential of $90,000 to $250,000+ annually, plus ongoing training and benefits. A professional, customer-focused approach is essential at our established Arizona dealership.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership sales experience and ability to close deals.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
• Present and demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• Respond to Internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
• Set appointments and consistently follow up with prospective buyers
• Prospect for new customers and generate referrals
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up
• Work with Sales Management and Finance to complete transactions
• Deliver a professional customer experience from initial contact through delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
• Strong prospecting, communication, and follow-up skillsFamiliarity with dealership CRM systems and Internet leads
• Self-motivation, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to work a dealership schedule, including weekends
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
