Abra Auto Glass Minnesota & Western Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, experienced Customer Service Manager for our Elk River shop. You will lead the estimating process, work with customers, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining a fast-paced workflow.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of collision-estimating experience, knowledge of DRP guidelines, and strong sales and communication skills. A valid driver's license and familiarity with estimating software are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating and software.
• Excellent sales and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• ICAR training preferred.
