Abra Auto Glass Minnesota & Western Wisconsin in Cloquet, MN is seeking an Automotive Collision Estimator to join our family-owned shop. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and guide customers through repair options with a focus on quality and speed.

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility preferred.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and strong communication skills.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• ICAR training preferred.

Qualifications that are needed for this position:

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility is preferred
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
• ICAR training preferred

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
