Job summary

ABRA Auto in Wisconsin Rapids seeks an experienced Estimator to greet customers, inspect damaged vehicles, and provide accurate repair estimates in a DRP environment while driving sales.

You will communicate with insurance adjusters, explain repair processes, and strive for high CSI/NPS. Requires 1–3 years of collision estimator experience and proficiency with Mitchell/CCC-1 estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser.
• Experience with collision management systems (CCC, MRC).
• Fluent using Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• I-CAR training or other industry training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and determine needs with high customer service.
• Inspect, analyze, and evaluate damaged vehicles to create accurate repair estimates.
• Inform customers about repair processes, insurance claims, and delivery dates.
• Ask for the sale and schedule estimates to achieve closing ratio (min 75%).
• Maintain CSI/NPS targets and positive relationships with insurance agents and customers.
• Keep RO status current and accurate; write supplements and negotiate with insurers.
• Explain warranty and QC process to customers; participate in daily release meetings.
