The candidate should have prior estimating experience, knowledge of relevant software, strong sales and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility is preferred.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• ICAR training preferred.
