Job summary

G & C Auto Body is seeking an EXPERIENCED Service Advisor / Estimator for our Reno/Vegas area locations. This role requires a minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop and fluency with CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR programs. Direct repair program (DRP) experience is essential.

You’ll deliver accurate estimates, work with suppliers and customers, and use your sales skills to ensure outstanding service. Competitive compensation, weekly commissions, and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year estimating in an auto body shop.
• Experience with CCC One, Mitchell and I-CAR programs.
• Experience with direct repair programs (DRP) required.
• Strong customer service and sales background.

Responsibilities

• Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).

Qualified Auto Body Estimators Will Possess The Following

• A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• Working with direct repair programs, DRP is required
• Excellent customer service/sales background
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
• Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
