Job summary

G & C Auto Body in San Jose, CA seeks an Experienced Auto Body General Manager to lead one of our San Jose shops. You will drive profitability, oversee productivity and quality of work, and uphold safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate has DRP experience, proficiency with CCC One, Mitchell, and I-CAR programs, strong leadership, and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service while partnering with insurance providers.

Benefits of the Auto Body General Manager Position:

• Pay:$120,000 – 160,000/yearexpected annual compensation(100,000-130,000 annual salary plus eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from 2000 to 4000 per month)

• Auto body shop service writing/ estimating with DRP Experience, we're ready to help you grow your career!
