Job summary

GWL INC in Sterling, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will appraise damaged vehicles, determine repair requirements, and communicate with both customers and technicians.

This role requires methodical thinking and attention to detail, along with 1-3 years of Auto Body repair experience. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience with Auto Body repairs in a shop environment.
• Computer experience with CCC One estimating platform preferred.
• Ability to create and read repair estimates.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles.
• Determine the extent of damage.
• Document repairs needed and review repair shop estimates.

• Work with varied insurance companies and their procedures.
