Job summary

• Previous apartment maintenance, residential maintenance, hotel maintenance, or property management maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and stay organized throughout the day.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to provide your own hand tools.

You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and become an important part of keeping the community running smoothly while providing excellent service to residents.

What You’ll Be Doing
