Banyan Living, LLC in the greater Cleveland and Columbus areas seeks an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. You will perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs to ensure safe, well-maintained living environments for our residents.

Responsibilities include handling plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, responding to resident requests with excellent service, and maintaining thorough maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency maintenance as needed.
