You will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure high-quality service across apartment communities. The role requires apartment maintenance experience, strong leadership, effective communication, and flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance team to complete service requests and ensure work orders are logged accurately.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare them for new leases in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds by keeping debris and trash clear.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements to industry standards.
• Address electrical circuits, switches, receptacles, breakers, and light fixtures.
• Repair and install appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers).
• Perform plumbing repairs (toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals).
• Caulking, carpentry, window screens, blinds, doors, painting, drywall repair.
• Bulk trash removal including appliances; clear drains and sewer lines up to 4 feet.
