Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and direct completion of service requests.
• Assign and assist with apartment service requests and log work orders.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare for new leases.
• Maintain grounds, keep debris/trash away, and provide excellent resident service.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements.
• Perform tasks like electrical circuits, appliance installs, plumbing repairs, caulking, carpentry, doors, and painting.
• Bulk trash removal and draining/sewer line clearing as needed.

This position reports to the property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptlyManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leasesMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
