Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead in Westlake, OH to lead the maintenance team across apartment communities. You will oversee service requests, prioritize work orders, and ensure timely completion while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong maintenance knowledge, leadership, and communication skills, with HVAC certification preferred. This on-site position may require weekend hours and physical work including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring work orders are logged and completed promptly.
• Manage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leases.
• Maintain grounds and keep areas free of debris and trash.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and installations.
• Caulking, carpentry, window screens, and blinds; interior/exterior doors and painting.
• Bulk trash removal and drain clearing up to 4'.

This position reports to the property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptlyManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leasesMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
