InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee on-site teams at apartment communities in Little Rock, AR. The role directs service requests, coordinates repairs, and ensures timely completion of work orders with high-quality service.

You will manage vacancies, maintain grounds, perform electrical, plumbing, and common repairs, and communicate effectively with residents and the property manager. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of apartment maintenance repair and service.
• Apartment maintenance experience is required.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance team to complete service requests and ensure logs are accurate.
• Oversee vacant apartments and prepare units for new leases.
• Maintain grounds and ensure clean, debris-free common areas.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and installations per industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents and property managers.
• Utilize safe work practices and coordinate with vendors as needed.

This position reports to the property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptlyManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leasesMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
