Responsibilities

• Direct and assist with apartment service requests and ensure work orders are logged and completed.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare for new leases.
• Maintain grounds and ensure cleanliness across communities.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and installations to industry standards.
• Complete tasks such as electrical circuits, switches, fixtures, appliances, plumbing, caulking, carpentry, doors, and painting.
• Assist with bulk trash removal and clearing drains up to 4'.

This position reports to the property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptlyManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leasesMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
