Responsibilities include logging work orders, preparing vacant units for new leases, maintaining grounds, and performing electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, caulking, carpentry, doors, and drywall tasks.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of apartment maintenance, repair, and service.
• Required apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Available to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise apartment service requests, ensuring work orders are logged and completed promptly.
• Manage vacant apartments and prepare them for new leases.
• Maintain grounds by keeping them free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs and installations.
• Caulking, carpentry, doors, painting, drywall repair.
• Clear drains and sewer lines up to 4 feet.
