Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance team across apartment communities. You will direct service requests, manage vacant units, and ensure timely prep for leases, while coordinating ground upkeep and resident services.

The role requires strong leadership and hands-on maintenance experience, with HVAC certification preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and installations to industry standards.

This position reports to the property manager.Primary Responsibilities Include:Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged accurately and completed promptlyManage vacant apartments, ensuring timely preparation for new leasesMaintain the grounds by keeping them free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsHandle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements in a professional manner, meeting industry standards.
