Gayle Benson Automotive Group in Mississippi is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in D’Iberville. We are a detail-oriented organization that values accuracy and timely processing of invoices.

You will handle vendor invoices, match with PO/receipts, and assist with month-end close while maintaining organized records and communicating professionally with vendors and internal teams.

Competenze

• Previous accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle confidential financial information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Automotive dealership accounting experience is a plus.
