• Process and post vehicle sales and deal jackets accurately and efficiently.
• Review deals for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Verify funding requirements and follow up on outstanding items.
• Process vehicle invoices, floorplan-related paperwork, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile schedules and assist with month-end closing.
• Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Accounting Departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets dealership and manufacturer requirements.
• Research and resolve discrepancies; perform other duties as assigned by management.
