Job summary

World Wide Rigging is seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience and hands-on experience with Rubicon ERP.

The role supports daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and close procedures within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll support, and collaboration with management to maintain accurate records and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with Rubicon ERP strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting functions.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Process customer invoices and vendor payments.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare sales tax and other required filings.
• Work closely with management on financial reporting and budgeting.
• Maintain accurate records within Rubicon ERP.
• Assist with payroll processing (preferred but not required).
• Support outside CPA during tax preparation and annual reviews.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and experience working within an ERP system, preferably Rubicon ERP. This position will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring timely financial reporting.
