Job summary

World Wide Rigging is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Georgia. The ideal candidate will manage daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliations, and ERP data entry, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

With 3–5+ years in accounting, you will support month-end close, assist with payroll and tax filings, and collaborate with management on budgets. Rubicon ERP experience and strong Excel skills are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with Rubicon ERP strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting functions
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
• Maintain the general ledger and journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Process customer invoices and vendor payments
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare sales tax and other required filings
• Work closely with management on financial reporting and budgeting
• Maintain accurate records within Rubicon ERP
• Assist with payroll processing (preferred but not required)
• Support outside CPA during tax preparation and annual reviews
