Roc Search is seeking an Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology practice in Austin, TX. Enjoy a base salary of $45k–$80k plus uncapped commission, with no thresholds, as you drive recruitment across permanent and contract roles.

You will grow your niche within technology, build trusted client and candidate relationships, and mentor junior consultants while benefiting from structured career progression and a supportive leadership team.
