Job summary

Covista in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Manager, Experience Strategy & Web Performance to own institutional web channels, drive end-to-end website experience, performance and business outcomes.

You will lead UX and CRO, partner with Web Managers, Analytics, Technology, Marketing and Enrollment; manage a backlog aligned to goals, and ensure governance, accessibility and compliance while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, HCI, UX, Business, Information Systems or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, UX/HCI, Digital Strategy, Analytics)
• At least 7 years of experience leading website, UX, digital experience, or performance-focused roles within a strategy scope.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned institutional web channel(s) performance and optimization.
• Lead UX and CRO teams; define direction and manage managers.
• Analyze website and funnel performance using analytics tools.
• Oversee tagging, tracking and experiment setup for data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with strategy.
