You will lead UX and CRO teams, partnering with Analytics, Technology, Marketing and Enrollment to translate goals into roadmaps, ensuring governance and accessibility standards across the digital estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/UX/HCI/Analytics preferred.
• 7+ years in leading website/UX/digital experience roles with strategic scope.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end website experience and backlogs.
• Lead UX and CRO teams and guide cross‑functional partners.
• Establish governance, standards and frameworks for UX/CRO.
