Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Research Strategist to drive research strategy and deliver actionable insights for Amazon employees. You will design studies, moderate sessions, and partner with design, product management, economists, and scientists to develop end-to-end solutions that improve decision-making and experiences.

In this role, you will manage the full research lifecycle from proposals to reporting, using behavioral science and mixed-methods approaches to influence PXT executives and product

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading user research projects with measurable impact.
• Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, or Cognitive Psychology.
• End-to-end experience covering study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with lab-based testing, remote testing, iterative prototype testing, surveys, and multi-method studies.
• Portfolio showing past work: study plans, reports, personas.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives aligned with business strategy using behavioral science methods and experimental design.
• Design and execute studies using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Manage complete research lifecycle from proposals to insight delivery.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly across audiences and levels.
• Help partner teams identify relevant research questions.
• Deliver actionable insights to support PXT executives in strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with design, product management, economists, and scientists to develop end-to-end solutions.
