Job summary

Aspen Ventures, the innovation engine of Aspen One, seeks an Experience Manager to create and execute high-level experiences on and off the mountain. You will lead client-facing sales, oversee event staff, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Operations, and Mountain Operations to ensure on-brand, seamless experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Client Experience, you will manage budgets, harness trends, and build lasting relationships with guests and partners.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of guest service experience required.
• At least 2 years of events experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Managerial experience in events preferred.
• experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, curate, deliver and incubate world-class experiences across Aspen One.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Operations and Mountain Operations to align experiences with company goals.
• Identify market trends and drive innovation for new experiences.
• Oversee on-site event planning and staff to ensure flawless execution and high-quality guest experiences.
• Sell experiences across channels and develop a pipeline of private and corporate clients.
• Build personalized relationships with guests through tailored service.
• Hire staff and manage on-site execution of experiences.
• Manage budget and monitor daily financials and forecasts.
• Maintain knowledge of local terrain and department programs to make compelling recommendations.
