Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required by state law.
2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and managers to drive guest experience and sales.
Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, scheduled staffing, and daily operations.
Coach and develop associates through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
Drive store profitability through top-line sales growth and expense control.
