Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads. You will drive top-line sales, guest satisfaction, and service excellence while upholding brand standards across makeup, skincare, and retail.

The role requires 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management, a cosmetology license or cosmetology management license as required by state law, and a preference for a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive top-line sales growth and ensure profitability through guest service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and attendance to optimize store performance.
• Develop and coach associates to maintain brand standards and professional growth.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and safety standards.
