Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demos and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account service issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities and introduce appropriate banking partners.
• Perform branch-related operational activities (e.g., cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC-related activities and adhere to risk controls.
