Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in directing daily assignments and schedules for associates.
• Assist in hiring and promotion decisions, including feedback and recommendations.
• Lead and inspire the team during shifts, enforcing policies and standards, including disciplinary actions when needed.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader by coaching staff and delivering a strong Guest experience.
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and create an inviting store environment.
• Oversee inventory management including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional Guest experiences.
